Hello, I'm Sarah.

I have been a seeker of love, truth, peace, and well-being since I can remember; often following guidance and advice from formal teachings, courses, hundreds of 'how to' books, articles, writings, etc.; as most in this world do, search outside themselves for answers. 

My awakening to the meaning of life—to peace, love, and truth—came shortly after a few major turn of events in my life, which included much grief and much emotional suffering. Looking outside of myself for answers, for acceptance, for peace, and for love, I was gently guided by Love to ‘A Course in Miracles’ shortly followed by 'A Course of Love,' 'The Way of Mastery,' 'Choose Only Love,' and a community I call my 'Soul Family' which all guided me on a path of undoing everything I thought I knew about life, health, and love. And with this undoing and discovering of my own innate inner wisdom within, came peace, love, and a still mind.

No longer reaching for another course, another book, another workshop, another class, another formal teaching, or another certification to find answers or to become a 'better version' of myself; rather I now live in the moment, accept life as it is, and follow what makes my heart sing with joy—gently guided by my loving Voice within; The Voice of Love within the silence of my own heart. 

I am free from the emotional roller coasters and societal pressures which consumed me at times. And I am free to live my life the way it is meant to be lived. Lived from my heart—filled with joy, happiness, peace, and love, including an abundance of Self Love.

I no longer regret any of my life experiences, as it has all been beyond amazing for me and has brought me to this point in life right now. And I am so incredibly grateful for it and for everyone and everything in my life. I continue to embrace life's joys and challenges with ease and grace and grow in love with every experience I encounter. And I know that everything that comes is always for the greatest good of all.

We are all in this life together. Day by day, step by step, breath by beautiful breath, we all walk each other Home.

And we are All Embraced in Love.
